What are Psalm Energies?
The Book of Psalms is a book of energies. Each Psalm Energy is unique and behaves differently (and has different effects!). They are curious, powerful energies that I have become fascinated by. I am enjoying exploring them and I invite you to explore them with me!
This page compiles full Psalm Energy entries that include the text of the Psalm in full and a repeating note on methodology for working with Psalm Energies. The “Master List” is a quick reference of the energies and links to full entries wherever possible.
My work with Psalm energies is an adaptation of the wonderful work of Ariel Gatoga (find him on YouTube!) regarding Psalm Magic, to highlight the energetic rather than magical dimensions of the Psalms. (They are no doubt intertwined.) I highly recommend the approach and technique he describes!
